Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music. Zumba® program has grown to become the world's largest – and most successful – dance-fitness program for all shapes, sizes and ages.
We are sisters Lorraine Poyser and Carla Smith-Golding. Both of us are licensed ZUMBA® Instructors based in South East London. We appear both individually and as a double-act. Licensed to teach Basic ZUMBA® (which is the ZUMBA most of you are familiar with) ZUMBA Gold and also ZUMBATOMIC®. We are both members of ZUMBA Instructor Network (ZIN).
Our dance background started from the pre-school age, thanks to our Mum ❤ . We attended The Glenlyn Academy, (stage school) where we took frequent examinations and performed in theatre productions. While working towards professional examinations we assisted in classes.
We are currently holding 6 ZUMBA classes a week in the area of Lewisham, Greenwich and aim to expand in the near future, so if you love to DaNcE, PaRtY get into ShApE and have FUN why not join us!!!!!

Hi Joy. Hoping all is well.
Yes we are still at Ladywell, Thursdays St Marys Center 7pm till 8pm and also Saturday mornings at United reform church 10:15am to 11:15am.
